Q: Do you accept insurance?

A: No, we do not participate with insurance and do not bill. All patients are self pay and payments are due at the time of service. This is to ensure that your coverage does not dictate the level of care you are able to have access to at an affordable cost regardless of insurance coverage.

 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept HSA/ FSA, cash, check, and major credit cards.

 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: We understand that life gets busy and unexpected things come up. We kindly ask that you provide us with 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee.
